Once Upon a Time Delivers a Huge Twist That Will Definitely Please Hook and Emma Fans

And they lived happily ever after! (Warning, spoilers  ahead for Once Upon a Time’s Oct. 12 episode. Do not continue reading if you don’t want to be spoiled!)

Though Jennifer Morrison left Once Upon a Time last season, Emma Swan returned in the rebooted seventh season’s second episode, and fans were definitely not disappointed. Why? Because she’s pregnant. With Hook’s (Colin O’Donoghue) baby! And they say fairy tale dreams don’t come true.

The other major twist? The Hook we met in last week’s premiere, the cop in Hyperion Heights who is under the latest curse, is not OUR Hook. So yes, Hook and Emma fans, your fan-favorite couple is happy together, and we still get to see Hook’s handsome face on the show each week in the form of Detective Rogers. Win-win!

“I was really happy that they got their happy ending, to be honest,” O’Donoghue told Entertainment Weekly of the big reveal. “It had been such a long journey for those two characters, and such a difficult journey that I was glad to see that, in the end, they get their happy ending, because that was the whole point of the musical episode, and the big number with a happy beginning right before the Black Fairy’s curse hit. For me, I think it was the right way to go for those two characters.”

He continued to praise the twist, saying, “It’s a very clever way of making sure the Captain Swan fans…get their happy ending after going on such a big journey with them for the last few seasons. I think it’s a clever way of us being able to move on with a new version of Hook.”

Co-creator Eddy Kitsis also spoke out about the Captain Swan happy ending, telling TVLine, “This was really the next step in the relationship between them. They’re a newly married couple and it’s the cycle of life. The audience was worried we’d kill Emma or do something crazy, but the truth is they’re living their lives in Storybrooke, happy.

What did you think of OUAT‘s huge reveal? Are you excited to see Hook and Emma as parents? Sound off in the comments!

OUAT airs Fridays at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Lil Uzi Vert Finally Delivers The Energetic ‘Luv Is Rage 2’

One thing is for certain: Lil Uzi Vert is patient. His fans have been clamoring for his new album Luv Is Rage 2 basically since the moment he announced it back in December. Instead of delivering the sequel to his breakthrough 2015 mixtape, Uzi has toyed with his fans, like when he dropped off a batch of a few songs for them earlier this year, he called it Luv Is Rage 1.5. Or at Rolling Loud in Miami, when he teased the crowd by saying Rage 2 was on the way just before he front flipped into the crowd, only for it to never arrive in the interim.

Just because Uzi has been taking his time with Rage 2 doesn’t mean he hasn’t been enjoying plenty of success though. His track “Do What I Want” became the soundtrack to a Jordan Brand ad campaign for NBA MVP Russell Westbrook, the Rage 1.5 track “XO Tour Llif3‘ has become a multi-platinum hit and he’s been a headline grabber every time he gets dressed or drops new music.

But alas, Luv Is Rage 2 has finally arrived and the 16-track album features superstar guest appearances from Pharrell and The Weeknd. Stream Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv Is Rage 2 below or on Apple Music here.

Doc Strange Delivers A Cryptic Message In A New ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ Spot

As we inch closer to Thor: Ragnarok’s November 3rd release date, each new piece of information and every fresh Jeff Goldblum revelation adds to the expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe mythos. We’re heading straight for Infinity War, and the first step in the journey that will shift the Avengers, Spider-Man and Marvel as a whole into the next phase starts on Asgard.

Now, in a brief appearance in the latest Thor: Ragnarok international trailer (replete with awesome and intense Japanese announcers like it’s a Pride fight), Doctor Strange appears out of whatever dimension he was residing in to deliver a cryptic message to the Crown Prince of Asgard: “There’s a great change in your future. Destiny has dire plans for you.”

Then Thor (probably) runs his fingers through his new haircut and says: “I have dire plans for destiny.”

We see a few new shots of what’s already been clearly laid out in Comic-Con and in previous trailers: Asgard is getting blown to hell and Thor and Hulk battle in an arena while thousands of intergalactic fight fans cheer on. The real question here is if we’ve seen just about all of Doc Strange’s appearance in Ragnarok. Is he going to show up just to rally Thor and Hulk, to lead them on a path to Thanos?

Southwest employee personally delivers lost luggage and heartwarming note to cancer patient

Flying home from Nashville to Pittsburgh on a rerouted Southwest Airlines flight, Stacy Hurt’s suitcase was misplaced in transit. To top it all off, the bag contained essential items for her 9 a.m. chemotherapy appointment the next day.

Hurt, who has been battling colon cancer since 2014, naturally panicked and phoned the airline.

“I had a lot of items in the suitcase that I needed and wanted for chemotheraphy,” Hurt told CBS Pittsburgh. “One of them was medication. But many of them were personal items to me. I just started getting very emotional, and I started to cry.”

Though Hurt didn’t know it then, there was a “guardian angel” on the other line: Sarah Rowan, who had been working as a customer service agent for Southwest’s Pittsburgh office for just six months.

Despite the frustrating situation, Rowan told ABC News that Hurt was “as sweet as can be” on the phone, and immediately empathized. Rowan’s own father, Frank, passed away from complications with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and leukemia in 2011.

“He was the strongest man I’ve ever known,” Rowan told People. “A lot of what I see in Stacy is what I saw in my dad. I felt a very strong connection with her from the start.”

Thought the night was getting late, Rowan promised to locate the luggage by morning. Around 2 a.m., Hurt’s bag arrived at Pittsburgh International Airport, but couriers had already left for the night.

“I looked up her address, and it was about 25 minutes from where I live,” Rowan told HuffPost. “Me getting the bag to her was more important than getting into bed half an hour earlier,” said Rowan, so she drove it there herself.

The next day, Hurt awoke at her home in Bridgeville to find her suitcase on her porch with a heartwarming note.

“Sorry for the delay getting your bag to you. Myself and my Southwest family are thinking of you amd wishing you all the best. Kick that cancer’s BUTT!” Rowan wrote.

Sharing the photo on Facebook, Hurt wrote that this unexpected act of kindness moved her to tears. Hurt later told People she felt compelled to share this story to remind her fellow cancer warriors of all the good people out there who have their backs. Southwest also commended Rowan’s compassion.

“We are very proud of Sarah’s kind, empathetic actions that represent the best of Southwest hospitality and the legendary customer service that our wonderful employees aim to deliver every day,” the airline said in a statement to ABC News.

Weeks later, on August 9, the two new friends met for the first time where it all began, at Pittsburgh International Airport. “She just epitomizes everything good,” said Hurt.
